PreNeed Systems feels one of the best ways to procure a successful start for a new counselor is by learning from someone in the field. We offer on-site field training that will help a new counselor with:

 

Appointment setting

Presentation techniques for
  pre-need appointments

Paperwork involved in setting up a
  pre-need file and making a sale

How to effectively use our CMS tool

 

Along with these items our trainer also establishes a relationship with the pre-need counselor through ongoing communication. The Field Trainer is available to help with questions that arise after the initial training is done to be sure that the counselor is progressing effectively. Our trainer also serves as the liaison between the at-need and pre-need staff, and keeping the owner advised of progress of counselor.

 

Counselor Meetings

One of the greatest assets of working with PreNeed Systems is the interaction with your peers. We offer bi-annual meetings as an opportunity to get together to discuss market trends, challenges, and sharing of best practices.

 

Webinars

The value of attending conventions and study groups to Funeral Home owners is well documented. They provide a safe environment to share challenges faced, as well as help others by sharing ideas and practices that are working well. Our webinar series is conducted with the benefits of a study group format in mind.  Relevant topics are chosen to discuss, and the calls are pre-scheduled with e-mail reminders. The calls last no more than one hour respecting everyone’s time, and they do not require traveling offsite to attend. E-Learning Modules

Our Contact Management System Manager Heather Smith has created e-learning modules to help our customers make the most of our CMS tool. The modules include a variety of topics relevant to the CMS tool and can be viewed as often as you like.
